TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A non-refundable registration fee of £30 is payable upon receipt of your application to join form. This is reduced to £15 for each subsequent child. 
     
  • Fees are payable monthly in advance by the 1st of each month via standing order, debit card, cash, BACS, or vouchers. 
     
  • Any accounts that remain unpaid after two weeks will incur a charge of £7.50 on the following month’s account. 
     
  • If fees are persistently late, your child’s place will be suspended until full payment has been received. Any bad debts will, after two reminders be recovered by debt collectors. 
     
  • Persistent late collection will result in additional fees being charged at £5.00 per 5 minute period or part thereof. 
     
  • As your child’s place is secured, we cannot refund parents for unexpected absences, nor exchange sessions due to absences. 
     
  • One month’s notice is required prior to changing attendance patterns of your child. This also includes changing whether your child has our meals or packed meals.
     
  • One month’s notice is required of termination of your child’s attendance. Six weeks notice is required for all EYEE funded children.
     
  • Parents are reminded that only they, or the person they authorise, are allowed to collect their children. (A password is required).
     
  • We must be notified if your child contracts a notifiable or infectious disease.
     
  • The management team reserves the right to terminate a child’s attendance.
     
  • We require parents to provide nappy cream and a spare set of clothes, which should be clearly marked with your child’s name.
     
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to any personal items belonging to a parent/carer, or their child whilst at the Nursery
     
  • Change of address, contact details, change of family doctor or any other relevant information should be notified to the Nursery Manager immediately. 
  • Complaints should be addressed in the first instance to the Nursery Manager
